• ClinVar and ClinGen
• peer-reviewed journals
• academic institutions when citing work they have published

Policy

• Social media is not treated as a medical source.
• We try to return to the original source.
• We check a PMID or DOI when a published title is named.
• We do not give personal treatment and we do not replace a clinician.
• We distinguish a case report from clinical evidence.
• We distinguish laboratory studies from established treatment.
• We state scientific uncertainty when the picture is incomplete.
• Content is updated when newer evidence can be checked.
