If a scientific error, a broken link, a newer source, or an outdated statement is found, the page is reviewed and corrected once the correction can be checked.
A number, variant, or paper title is not changed on the basis of an undocumented message. A useful report names the page and an alternative source, such as a PMID, DOI, or database link.
There is no form on this website, and medical reports are not collected here.
